Riddle Realty is a sole proprietorship established Twenty years ago. It is owned and operated by Arthur Riddle, a Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of California since 1988.
Mr. Riddle is also a licensed Attorney by the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas.
The firm has been working in the changing Southern California Real Estate market. We have a great deal of experience with distressed properties. Including Short Sales, Broker Price Opinions, Insurance Claims, Third Party Administrator, Trustee, Foreclosure, Bank Owned Property, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Probate, Property Management, etc.
Mr. Riddle was first employed in the real estate business as an accountant for a builder in Texas and then worked for Peat Marwick, an accounting firm, in the banking division. He graduated from law school and then went to work for a commercial real estate law firm in Los Angeles. He became vice president of a major real estate company in Los Angeles and soon after, he became vice president of a mortgage company and vice president of an escrow company.
Mr. Riddle moved to San Diego in 1992 and worked with another mortgage company as in-house counsel. In 1995, he opened a Law Practice specializing in Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, Conservatorships and Probate. In 1997, the Real Estate Brokerage expanded into real estate loans, working with builders, and selling apartment units along with residential homes and condominium sales.
Based on his accounting, legal and real estate experience, this firm has the requisite qualifications to assist in processing, evaluating and disposing of real estate assets. This office has worked with accountants, attorneys, trustees, executors, administrators, property management companies, banks, credit unions, builders, and Federal, State and local governmental entities.
We perform computerized market analysis. This office has the latest computerized technology. This firm can provide our clients with the information that is required and necessary to make well-informed decisions. Established procedures are followed and checklists are utilized. We are affiliated with the local associations, and have the latest documentation and are current on real estate issues.
